We relocated from Michigan to Arkansas in February of this year. I would like to advise of what excellent service we received from the driver, Mike Wise. Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the service provided by your company. After receipt of a postcard, I called and someone got back to me the very next day and set up the delivery date and time. I must admit that I was skeptical that the delivery would actually occur anywhere close to to 8a.m. this morning but I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery men were quick and courteous. Dear Tony,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the outstanding job that your driver Bruce Hullett did for us in loading and transporting an antique organ (a full truckload) from the Jim Walgreen Estate ("The Walgreens") in Woodstock, Illinois. to restoration at the Crome Organ Co. in Reno Nevada. And then took a Concert Organ Shell from Reno to Fresno California. Mr Crome, the owner of Crome Organ Co. was present at origin and destination and could not say enough about your driver and asked that I pass this along with a request for this driver to handle more of these shipments whenever possible as well as transporting this piece back when final restoration is complete, which can take several years!
We have a most difficult time getting these unusual and priceless shipments transported by any Van Line, and even more difficulty to have a caring and competent driver assigned to them, by the way your company has handled several of these in the past without a problem. After these a Tradeshow, HVP etc are a piece of cake.
Tony, I would also like to say how wonderful your dispatcher Gary has been to work with. Not only on the above mentioned shipments, but with a just restored Steinway Player Grand Piano that was loaded today in Riverside, CA going to VA. Gary has been working with me for the last 2 weeks on getting this picked up. The nervous customer has been calling me at least once a day and in turn I have called Gary on more than a regular basis to check on the status and he has been nothing less than professional and courteous with me even thought I am sure he had much more going on at the time than our Piano.
Please thank Gary and Bruce on our behalf, and most especially thank you Tony for your outstanding leadership, which is reflected in your organization. I look forward to our continued successful relationship.

I have to confess; never before have I met two gentlemen that more than exceed the highest expectations of service in the trucking industry. Yesterday saw the completion of our family's move from AZ to NY using your company. As you know, moving is a very emotional event; and one that can be fraught with problems too many to list. This, however, was not the case with our dealing with your company. You delivered on everything you advertised and then some. From the preliminary contact to the closing of the moving van's door after the last piece was removed into our new home, the service was first rate. Our initial trepidations with using an Internet moving company waned when we saw the brand new Broadway Express van arrive at the exact time we had arranged with the driver, Rich Stoddard at our AZ home to load our possessions. They totally evaporated once I met Rich, experienced his take charge professionalism, and saw how well equipped his van was. As you advertised, there were more than adequate blankets, straps, dollies, and other material handling equipment that allowed us to facilitate us to load and have Rich pack a nearly 4,000 sq. ft house in just six and a half hours.
...Not only was he polite, professional, he knew what he was doing...

My experience was very positive. Mike was very helpful in getting the truck loaded efficiently. We had some trouble in finding a good way to get the truck onto our street in Baltimore, but eventually we worked it out, and all was well.
